BikeJournal

I'm sure anyone reading this is most likely aware of BikeJournal already (or something similar and possibly superior) but I shall take this opportunity to sing its praises regardless.

Most cyclists seem to be absolute statistic obsessives, with computers and such amazing wonders of modern science reading the likes of speed, average speed, maximum speed, average heart rate, maximum heart rate, altitudes, trip distance, trip time etc. etc. etc. Well, thankfully BikeJournal is somewhere you can store all such 'vital' information online and is free to use. You get a few more options (graphs of your stats, downloads of your stats to your computer etc.) if you cough up $10 US per annum (at least I think that's how much it was) but you don't have to if you don't want to and the free service is very good in and of itself. In fact, I find it so good I've got to the point where I feel I should pay the small fee just to say thanks. My tightfistedness is currently winning and stopping me doing so however.

To get back vaguely to BikeJournal, it's a very useful little website indeed and well worth a look. Oh, if you are looking at it, my user name on it is (as you might expect) 3Ply Stagliano. Please feel free to scoff at my measly mileage.
