A bit of a nutter

Recently, I've been a bit of a nutter. I've found the thought of going out cycling extremely daunting and I've only been out about once or twice a week. It's been difficult to motivate myself to go out even that small amount.

Given how big a part of my life cycling plays, you can imagine this creates havoc and problems aplenty for me. Can anyone suggest a way to get me back into it?

cfsmtb, thanks very much for the suggestions.
Giving them some consideration. Well...

1. I don't have any Tour de France DVDs (although it wouldn't be impossible to get them), so that's a good idea. Watching other people cycle is always a good way of embarrassing oneself into it

2. I'm not much of a drinker (I mean I'm a complete lightweight, rather than being anti-drinking or anything like that) but it could work to pop in for a drink whilst out cycling. Then again, as I mentioned, I'm a really crap drinker and would probably be drunk simply by thinking of the word 'pub' for long enough

3. Mmmm, chocolate is very pleasant indeed but it would only lead to an addicition if I was to start eating it in large quantities

4. I shall do so. Funnily enough, I've been drinking a lot less coffee lately and haven't been cycling much. I wonder if there's some sort of link between the two?

5. If I spend too long looking at rude pictures of svelte nudey ladies on bicycles, I'll be unable to cycle as my palms will get too hairy to use gear shifters and I'll go blind (although I could always 'stoke' a tandem)
